Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• This is an original and unpublished article. The submission has not been previously published nor has it been submitted for consideration by any other journal.
• The article will be published under the Licencia Creative Commons Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0 Atribución/Reconocimiento-NoComercial 4.0 Internacional
• The submission of an article to this journal has been accompanied by a duly completed Statement of originality, conflict of interest and assignment of right of first publication
• The article file has been duly anonymized.
• The text complies with the Instructions for authors  in terms of submission format (Word or OpenOffice), structure and length, stylistic aspects, and consistency between bibliographic references (latest edition of APA guidelines) and textual citations.
• The authors have written their manuscripts using the article template as a guide.
• The summary (Spanish) and abstract (English) should be between 150 and 200 words long and structured according to the IMRYD - IMRaD format.
• Below the summary (Spanish) and abstract (English), there should be keywords (5 to 6) in both Spanish and English, with the possibility of phrases (but without overusing them), separated by semicolons and ending with a period.
• All tables, graphs, images, or figures are presented in an editable format or a version without text is provided for correction and translation. All tables, graphs, and images have been labeled with their title and author or source, and are referenced in the text.
• Images or figures must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, in .jpg, .jpeg, or equivalent format.
• The final references have been rigorously reviewed in APA 7 format and only those that have been cited in the text are included.
• DOI references with active links have been added where available, and/or web addresses for references where possible.
• If gender has been taken into account in the source data for the research, this is reported in the text in order to allow for the identification of possible differences.
• The use of artificial intelligence in the preparation of the manuscript is declared if it has been used.
