Copyright policy

Misostenido is published as an open-access journal in line with the principles promoted by the EU through programmes such as Horizon Europe and its flagship initiative, the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC), which focus on making research freely available and reusable to the public by removing financial and legal barriers.

All content in the journal is freely accessible and published under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) licence.

Authors retain the copyright and grant first publication rights to Misostenido. The journal will publish the article online on its official website https://revistas.unir.net/index.php/misostenido. In this regard, authors must sign the Statement of Originality and Granting of First Publication Rights, which is available on the journal’s website.

Misostenido allows and advises authors to disseminate accepted papers in open-access institutional or subject-specific repositories, provided that the full citation and link to the original publication are included.

Authors are allowed and advised to disseminate their work on the internet (for example on institutional/personal websites, academic profiles) following publication, as this can foster productive interactions and increase the visibility and speed of dissemination of the work.

Authors shall bear primary responsibility for the content and claims made in their article, in order to avoid conflicts of interest between Misostenido and third parties or institutions.
